Heat exchanger

• The design and construction of heat exchangers has been one of our core areas of competence throughout the last few decades. An additional type of heat exchanger, the thermo plate heat exchanger, enhanced the product range of Martin Busch & Sohn a few years ago. The full delivery programme comprises the following types of heat exchangers:
  
  
  • Straight tube heat exchanger (with or without expansion joint)
  • Floating head heat exchanger
  • Pipe-in-pipe heat exchanger
  • Hair pin heat exchanger
  • Panel heat exchangers
    in cooperation with our strategic partner DEG Engineering. This type of heat exchanger is characterised by a high heating surface density, a minor pressure loss as well as a compact and extremely light construction.

  Vessels

  • Pressure vessels
    Pressure vessels can be built as a horizontal or vertical type. These pressure vessels are available with a double shell, a double tube coil or with a pin shell.

    Columns different types are designed and manufactured with or without internals. Upon request these columns include all accessories such as platforms and ladders.

  • Gas safety rotary valves (formerly known as GAKO)

  Conveying engineering
  
  The conveying equipment used in the plant engineering and construction is primarily characterized by the abundance of applications. Our company is specialized in producing conveying equipment especially for power plants and combustion plants. The components are planned and produced by a team of experienced specialists. We supply the components for the filling and disposal and mount them directly in your plant. All supplied from just one company! Among other things our delivery programme includes:
  
  

  • Coal distributor plants
    implemented as scratching promoters. These plants are planned and produced especially for power stations.
  • Wet deslagger/wet deasher
    for thermal treatment plants. These provide air enclosure of the system and make possible the arrears discharge. The installation size and equipment are adapted to the individual needs. Resuming conveyors are likewise planned and supplied by us.
  • Feeding and removing systems
    for bulk materials and bulks. These are needed in the supply and disposal area of many thermal treatment plants. Therefore, electromechanically, electrohydraulically or pneumatically driven shut-off systems (with flaps or sliders) come into operation.
  
  
  
  • Besides the accompanying steel works, the peripheral mechanisms from electro-technology, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics belong to our scope of supply.
  • For all components we supply an extensive spare and wearing part assortment, also for foreign aggregates. We carry out inspection and maintenance work on the basis of the inspection book.
  • Of course we make use of object-appropriate departments and specialized companies so that we can meet the demands of almost every individual requirement.
