Autoclave Engineers’ Pressure Vessels are available in several different closure styles, materials, and sizes. They have been designed for use at very high temperatures and pressures. Can be used for batch type chemical reactions, downhole simulation, catalyst research, or as ballast vessels.

Easy opening vessel with advantages of a bolted flange at low bolt torque

Bolted Closure Pressure Vessels

Versatile pressure vessel design, suitable for many applications

Noted for ease of assembly and flexibility

  • Pressure rating 2,000 to 6,000 psi @ 72°F (138 to 413 bar@ 22°C)
  • Temperatures to 1,400°F (760°C) at reduced pressure

ZipperClave® Pressure Vessels

Fastest and most easily opened pressure vessel design.

The ZipperClave® utilizes a quick open, "no tools required" closure
